Villa Amagioia Metodo Classico Brut Rosè 750ml
The grapes are harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness during the coolest hours of the day. They are then directly pressed, with the musts carefully separated into fractions. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in the spring following the harvest, directly in the bottle in a temperature-controlled environment. Disgorgement takes place after a minimum of 24 months of ageing on the lees.
Bright, delicate pink in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals elegant notes of rose, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by delicate hints of Pink Lady apple. On the palate, it stands out for its harmony and elegance, with a creamy, enveloping texture supported by a pleasant freshness that carries the sip through to a lingering finish. Serving temperature: 6–8°C.
A perfect wine to open any meal, pairing beautifully with dishes featuring distinctive yet balanced flavours, such as veal carpaccio, roast beef, warm octopus and potato salad, or tuna and caper-stuffed eggs. The structure of this Blanc de Noirs makes it an excellent match for delicate meats, while also standing up beautifully to richer fish and more pronounced flavours, such as baked or smoked salmon, salt-crusted sea bass, or seafood risotto.
